ClubsComplete offers the complete solution for your child’s birthday party whilst facing the current pandemic to ensure they have a special day no matter what! Not only does it take the stress out of it for parents and guardians, but it also allows your children to have a Birthday Party with their friends.

What We Offer:

Our Virtual Birthday Parties run at 1 hour per party. As this will be held as a virtual session, we are only asking for a donation (Minimum of £20 donation required to cover costs – whatever you can afford!).

Our Team

All our staff are fully trained, qualified and experienced activity leaders who have all have an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Safeguarding and First Aid training. Our team love making sure your child’s special day is perfect from start to finish!

How does a “Virtual Birthday Party” work?

A virtual Birthday Party is us bringing the Party to you! In the comfort of your own home. We aim to pack the party out with fun-filled activities for everyone to enjoy and these will be delivered to you by an online video conference call via Zoom. Children will be able to hear and interact with each other. We will do a range of games, club dances and quizzes!

What happens next?

A member of our team will be in touch with you to confirm your child’s party within 2 working days of your email booking. We require only 48 hours’ notice to deliver a standard virtual birthday party and one week’s notice for a premium party.

Standard package: includes up to 10 children and will be a minimum donation of £20

Premium package: includes up to 15 children and will be a minimum donation of £55

• E-Invitations
• Party bags – as this will be a virtual session, party bags will be delivered to each of the children’s houses!
• Birthday Cake – as this will be a virtual session, a birthday cake will be delivered to the house of the birthday boy/girl.
